Where we deliver

We deliver within Malaysia and to Singapore.

Processing time

We send out orders on the same day or the next day after payment is confirmed.

Courier

We ship with J&T Express.

Delivery fees

West Malaysia: RM8.
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan): RM20.
Singapore: RM30. [Singapore duties and GST: to confirm.]
Free delivery: West Malaysia orders above RM75. East Malaysia and Singapore orders above RM150.

Delivery time

Counting from the day you order, delivery takes about:

West Malaysia: 1 to 3 working days.
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan): 7 working days.
Singapore: 5 working days.

Delivery times are estimates. They depend on the courier and your location, and can be affected by public holidays, busy periods and unforeseen delays.

Tracking

We email your tracking number once your order ships. If you do not see it, message us on WhatsApp and we will send it to you.

Bulk orders

Delivery for bulk orders in West Malaysia usually costs RM50 to RM100, depending on the location and the size of the order. We do not take bulk orders for East Malaysia. Message us on WhatsApp for a quote.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address and phone number before you pay.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, failed delivery attempts or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Extra shipping fees may apply and are paid by the customer. If the courier or Feliz caused the problem, we will review the case and find a fair solution.
